1. Custom Tiles & Sale Items

  • All custom tiles are final sale.

  • Tiles on sale are final sale.

  • We cannot accept returns for these items unless the product is damaged or there was an error on our part.


2. Returns of Unopened Standard Tiles

  • We may accept returns of standard, unopened tile packages.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Orders are non-refundable if the return is not due to an error on our part.


3. Damaged or Defective Tiles

  • If tiles arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage and your order number.

  • We will provide a replacement for damaged items at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (for eligible unopened packages) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
