2. Returns of Unopened Standard Tiles

We may accept returns of standard, unopened tile packages.

A 15% restocking fee applies.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Tiles

If tiles arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage and your order number.

4. Refund Process
