Pre-order items: Pre-orders can take up to 3 months to arrive. Please check the product page for the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We use reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supplier delays.
For pre-orders, the estimated 3-month delivery window may occasionally vary. We will keep you updated if there are any significant changes.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your tiles arrive damaged or are lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
- We will work to replace the items or issue a refund.
